With over 15 years of experience in the painting and renovation industry, Wes plays a vital role in ensuring Colonel Tom’s Quality Painting consistently delivers the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. His leadership and deep knowledge of the trade have been instrumental in the company’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, he served with distinction as an Airborne Infantry Reconnaissance Staff Sergeant, completing back-to-back tours in defense of our country. His military background instilled in him an unwavering work ethic, disciplined execution, and mission-focused mindset — qualities he brings to every project he oversees. Known for his attention to detail, sound judgment, and calm under pressure, he leads with the same integrity and commitment that defined his military service.
He earned a B.S. in Marketing and a B.A. in History from the University of Alabama in 2013 and continues to apply both strategic insight and historical perspective to building long-term client relationships and high-performing teams.
